I'm going to give you some tips on how to get rid of love handles. Love handles are simply excess fat deposits around your midsection, to get rid of these you simply need to lower body fat percentage. Easier said than done, right? Well I can give you some easy fitness tips that can produce results if you stick with them.

The first thing I recommend may seem a little obvious but walking will help you to shed excess fat. If you currently find it difficult to exercise make it a point to take a walk every day. Don't worry about how many miles you walk, just set out walking. Walk for 20 minutes then turn around and walk home. A forty minute walk every day will help you no matter your current physical condition. To make your walk even more effective, practice deep breathing as you walk. Just inhale as deep as you can and hold it, then exhale slowly. As soon as you catch your breath do it again.

Now another good fat burning exercise is squats. I'm not talking about heavy barbell squats, I'm talking body weight squats. Try doing 50 squats, I think you'll be surprised with how hard it is! Keep working on these and soon you will be doing 100 or more reps at a time. This will be a big part of your fitness plan

The next important part of any fitness plan is diet. Very simply, if you try to eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods you will be on your way to big improvement. Avoid white bread and starchy foods such as rice and potatoes. Try to eat fresh meat and fish, fresh vegetables, and fresh fruit.
